During my investigation I learned that your advisor believed that the rental would be covered by your warranty until we discovered that wires were chewed through by mice. It is not our responsibility to start a claim, but to follow up once a claim has been submitted. We do understand that you are upset about your rear tires not matching the front tires but the tires that you had prior were discontinued. Our records do not indicate that you have not been in within the past few months to do a power steering service. Your last power steering service was July of 2020. You're actually due for one now. Our records indicate that you haven't paid for an oil change since you purchased this vehicle from us. We have been charging your warranty company for your oil changes. Actually this is the wife, car owner, and if you check tour records you will see that the first year and a half no claims for the oil change were submitted to where they were suppose to go. As i stated you all gave me coupons to shut me up. Second when i called the claim company for the tires i asked if i was suppose to file the claim or if you were. They informed me that Jim Butler was in fact suppose to put in the claim that they deal with you all the time. And how am i suppose to update you with the claim info that i got on my own when you wont return my call. So thanks for your feedback. I will go elsewhere from now on.
