I do not recall who waited on me but for a 2 hour $110 oil change it does not matter.

What is the point of making an appointment then? When I make an appointment I expect for my car to be looked at then. Our car was there 5 days early. Telling me first come first serve doesn't make any sense after we were told to make an appointment and it would take a week and a half to get in. Maybe you should hire more people, maybe you should be more transparent. We also asked if we could go to another dealership closer and was told it would void the warranty. We were completely let down by this service department from the first day we contacted you.
