JIM BUTLER, ESPECIALLY SERVICE ADVISOR KIM HAUSMANN WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT JIM BUTLER. THIS TIME, I SEEMED TO HAVE SOMEWHAT OF A UNIQUE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, AND ALTHOUGH MY EXCEPTIONAL. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT JIM BUTLER. My repair estimate said I had: prior tire patch that is leaking additionally (besides the spot the tech patched from a nail). So, I took my car to Telle Tire, where I got the tires, they checked & said all leaking additionally (besides the spot the tech patched from a nail). This was today 7/24/23 & I had my car at Butler on 6/19/23 so they told me it has to be a really really slow leak if it was a month ago! Two of my caps were also missing off the tires so they replaced them - I thought that was odd. Plus they said a light w/go on if tire was low. More
