I asked for the tires to just be balance not rotated due to them being rotated the previous week. I then had to rotate them back after I left wasting my time. Also I was over charged talked to the rep Dalto More

From there your vehicle wait for the next appropriate service technician. Your vehicle required a journeyman technician. Your vehicle was diagnosed by the third day it was in the shop. We hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.

After your talk with your advisor your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service tach. If you find this time too long, you are more than welcome to use our drop off service or take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service.
