My service guy has been nice and great about the issue. My issue is with the sales side & why you would allow someone to leave the lot with a vehicle that has a check engine light on in the first place. What I’d really like to do is return the vehicle at this point, so whoever can actually help me with that, is who I’d love to speak with because I got the run around from the finance person and salesperson I worked with about that not being a possibility. This is the fastest response I’ve gotten from anyone on your team besides the service representative I’ve been working with who like I said, has been great.
