Well, never bring my car back there . Kept car too long each time it was there. Was trying to get it to pass emmisions. .I’’d bring it in when they’d tell me and then they wouldn’t get to Kept car too long each time it was there. I brought it in last 2 times for O2sensors. Tech only Fixed 2. I drove it a few miles and engine light came back on again. Code came up for the other 2 sensors needed replaced. They should’ve replaced all 4 At the same time.. So I guess Butler doesn’t have real mechanics for a Corvette, Obviously a tech only does what the codes read . A real mechanic would say there’s 4 on this car and due to the mileage, I suggest you replace all 4. And Would only keep car inside at night. I will say Kayla Did do her job. She always kept me informed. So obviously, I won’t be bringing my car back there ever. More
I took my vehicle in on Jan 20, 2024 they had it for 4 days, was told there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I had to take it back 4 days after getting it back then they had it for a month because the b days, was told there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I will never take my car to them again and would not refer them to anyway. Took my vehicle to them to fix and spent 4k with them to get my car back worse then when I brought it to them. They tried to sa refer them to anyway. Took my vehicle to them to fix and spent 4k with them to get my car back worse then when I brought it to them. They tried to say that I would have to spend another 4k to fix even more stuff. They kept trying to tell me that one of the problems was because a large ticket item needed replaced, but when I took it back magical it was something totally different that was causing the issue. The brand new brakes they put on, have done nothing but grind metal on metal since they put them on, after speaking with a mechanic from a different place, they said that they used two different metals that shouldn't have been used. The only friendly people that work there are the two ladies at the rental department. My service advisor was rude every time I talked to her and she was like this with other customers as well. I now have to take it somewhere else to re-fix the issues. More

Our advisor we were assigned was on lunch when my wife arrived. She was told he would come see her as soon as he was back from lunch. 2.5hrs later she was approached by someone from the office saying the arrived. She was told he would come see her as soon as he was back from lunch. 2.5hrs later she was approached by someone from the office saying the truck was done, still no word from our advisor. Never did speak to him and also never had our issues we wanted checked, resolved. Paperwork said no problem found but I feel like a simple phone call to me or word with my wife would have simplified things. We have a sound coming from the front driver side wheel that sounds like a bad bearing (they couldn't hear it) and a metal squeak coming from somewhere with the exhaust pipes (this can be heard from shaking the truck, starting the truck, revving the engine, etc). Our advisor we usually use either moved to a new location or just left the company which is really disappointing considering he was the only one who was good with communication. Very poor service.
