It took 30 min for them before I was even able to get out of my car after pulling in the garage. My oil change and tire rotaion took a total of 3 hours. I was also charged way more than I had expected withou of my car after pulling in the garage. My oil change and tire rotaion took a total of 3 hours. I dropped my car off the night before for an oil change. I told them I needed the vehicle by 2:30 because I had an appointment. I had to call at 1:50 to check on my vehicle.
