I had an appointment for my car to get looked at, they told me they would call me to give me updates. I never received a call I had to call up there myself and ask. I got told they were looking at it on Friday well Monday afternoon I called again and then I got told they just started looking at it a couple hours ago so they lied to me. That place service team is horrible this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. Last time my car was in the shop for 2 months. What is the point of an appointment if you can’t get your car back that day or the day after is also a question of mine. I will never be buying a car from this place again and that’s sad because I loved my sales person. More

Poor customer service and little to no care when problems arose. Tags on rental were days from expiring, when notified they said they seriously doubted we'd ever get pulled over and if we did they'd just pay arose. Tags on rental were days from expiring, when notified they said they seriously doubted we'd ever get pulled over and if we did they'd just pay the ticket. The bigger issue is when we were pulled over but not for expired tags but because the tags had been reported stolen. When called dealer, during stop, they made sure to say it was not their fault. They offered no real solution and when the officer told the lady from dealership that there are plate readers on every stop light and every time the plate hit we would be pulled over. Her response was that sucks. I'd like to also mention the reason we were in a rental car is because while at this dealership for service our vehicle was damaged. So we are inconvenienced 1st by the damage, next by having to get an estimate ( as requested by a manager), then driving approximately 50 miles back to dealership for the repair, I lost a half day of work to do this, then getting repeatedly pulled over (I missed a doctor appointment due to long delay while police investigated) At no time did the staff show any type of empathy for our situation and stayed focused on telling us it is not their fault if police departments have incorrect info. We spoke with a couple different employees during 1st traffic stop and were promised the car rental manager would call us 1st thing the next morning. We called the next afternoon when no one contacted us and the rental manager told us this was the first time she was hearing we had an issue. She then admitted they knew there was an issue with plates being mistakenly reported as stolen but they contacted the police department before so she's done all she can do. Again, not really concerned at all. They put us in a very bad situation and could have lead to the car being towed and us left stranded with our 13 mo th old grandson. Thankfully we encountered nice and understanding police officers. More
