Thank you for your honest feedback, Randy. We're glad some things went right on your visit with us! We understand that it can be frustrating when pricing goes up for services. In the current economic environment, we are priced competitively with other dealerships in the area. Pricing is where it is as a result of cost of labor and supplies needed for services going up. While we will recommend services at the intervals suggested by the manufacturer of your vehicle, you are free to decline those services should you not want them. Upon reviewing your ticket, we show the total for the quote at $588.43. The additional charges were for at $25 Hazmat disposal charge (disclosed on large signage around the dealership and on your repair order) and $24.73 in taxes, bringing your total to $638.16 for the four services you had performed, in addition to the regular Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection. We hope this clears up the charges and helps lead to more positive future visits with us.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and took your concern seriously. Our Rental Manager remembers the conversation differently regarding some of your statements made in your review. We did say we would come swap out the plate and that we would come to you to do so, in an effort to minimize the inconvenience to you. Luckily, when setting up the driver to come do so, your vehicle repairs were completed, so it was not needed. We have taken that plate out of rotation and reported (again) to the State of MO that the plate year is not being run by police, resulting in the plate being shown as stolen when it is not. We wish the police records had relayed accurate information to the officers and we are sorry that you were a victim of the inaccuracy of their records. We're glad they were able to understand their error and not take further action. We also have documentation from the state of Missouri stating that they are responsible for the delay in getting 2024 plates and that no one will be penalized for the expired plates. That is an ongoing, widespread issue that law enforcement is aware of throughout the state of Missouri. We hope this additional information puts you more at ease and wish you well in the future.
