Fixing the one have would be nice but it apparently is not fixable, as for phenomenal deal , you guys tried to sell me a truck! Fool me once Shame on you do fool me twice Shame on me! This truck has cost me thousands of dollars in lost, delayed and postponed work. There was no understanding in that! Must be nice being the one on the other side and not care of your product cost the little guy money . My gm experience will never happen again . I will not make the same mistake twice. I know all your product aren't like this one they can't be but this brand new 62g sticker Duramax was the worst vehicle I have ever owned , I have owned 20+ used vehicle high miles and out of all of them this new one has been 5x worst than any used hoopty I ever owned so sorry I haven't an issue with wanting to give up another 13-20g for another , not phenomenal!!!!

Your service crew are good people and everyone who works for your company has been pleasant but after all the issues I have had it offered a new truck I would probably just take it straight to Ford and trade it in a part-time and give them my money. Nothing against you or your employees out any person but standing behind what is sold and to be a little too step on this truck. They cannot fix all the safety issues? It's really hard to want another gm truck after my experience.

Thank you for your feedback, kemoose. We definitely understand the frustration of having to pay for unexpected repairs. It can be very difficult to forsee exactly what the problem is when a vehicle presents a Check Engine Light (CEL). The code it shows gives us an idea of where to start, but often there are deeper problems than just what the code suggests. Our first priority is our customers' safety, so while we do try to keep costs as low as possible, sometimes it does cost a bit, especially with something that can be as serious as a CEL. We are very glad to hear that everything else went great with your service appointment and we hope to work with you again in the future!
