We understand your frustrations with the longer than anticipated wait time. It looks like we did several services to your vehicle, including the diagnostic time it took to find out what the roaring noise you brought it in for was coming from. We always want to make sure that our customers' safety is #1 and that we are ensuring that there are not any additional problems that might have been missed. Sometimes this thorough service does take a bit longer.
