While we do strive to get our customers in and out faster than our 90 minute estimate for oil changes and tire rotations, there are unfortunate circumstances that occasionally occur that cause wait times to go over that. Thank you for your feedback. We certainly understand your frustration. We do have a completely separate area for our routine maintenance versus the bigger jobs that are to be done by our Journeymen. We are also working on big improvements to both the process and the actual structure for checking in and out our customers. We hope these improvements will help with wait times and check in/out times.
