Business vehicle repairs When you own a business and your bottom line is dependent on your company vehicles you need your vehicles on a fast track to repair. Once we dropped our work truck off for repair it sat for 2 days before it was even put in to evaluate the problem. After ordering the wrong parts twice a week and a half later we received our work truck back. All of our work trucks are Dodges and when they go down we are put on priority status since it is a company vehicle. More

Very helpful I had car for 2 weeks and started having trouble with the clutch. I Was able to get it fixed with the extended warranty and Jim Butler even reimburs I had car for 2 weeks and started having trouble with the clutch. We were told they had to order the part and to this day we have not gotten a call about the part or repairing what they damaged. More

You explain the service need online, to the person where you drop the car off and yet again to an advisor who you may need to wait 15-30 min on. The end to end process may fit the dealership needs but if time and efficiency are needs as a customer, which typically they are, then I cannot recommend this service location. It is overdue for process improvement with the needs of the customer being the focus. More
