Very satisfied with this dealership This is the second time I have been to the service department at this dealership. The first visit was for an oil change and a recall on my car. The second visit was the same experience in and out and they gave me a loaner vehicle without me having to ask. Just overall both visits were great. More
Needed transmission fluid change and check engine light on. Warranty things taken care of and rental furnished. Phone call said I needed $200 more work. Very Pleasant as usual I was greeted & waited on as soon as I pulled up. They quickly discovered my 2014 Cruz needed a new Fuel pump and a Camshaft Solenoid. I forgot to I was greeted & waited on as soon as I pulled up. They quickly discovered my 2014 Cruz needed a new Fuel pump and a Camshaft Solenoid. I forgot to mention the loud chirping noise but the Technician found the problem and that was fixed also. Even though my car is four (4) years old it was all covered under warranty which really helped as I lost my job of 38 years in May. They shuttled me down to Viviano's in old Fenton to wait. It was only 9:30 a.m. Kim Hausmann took the time to call them & make sure they were open! Very nice, I had a nice lunch & then was picked up promptly when the car was done. More
I came in for an oil change. Very friendly service. I just don't understand why it takes so long to get your oil changed when you have an appointment. I was warned it would be 90 mins, but it was closer to an hour. It just seems strange to me that it would even take 90 minutes. More
Very polite and informative While waiting for oil change I did walk the showroom. I was actually thinking of trading up. Maybe even a new Camero. I have a solid payment history with Alley and my credit has improved to the high 700s. Excellent actually so financing would not of been a problem. However every sales person had their faces in their phones to even notice me. Sad. More
no appointment i showed up without an appointment JUST to have them look at a trim piece that was coming off.. We bring our cars into the dealership because they know exactly what we need for our vehicle. Besides a routine oil change and tire rotation we were having an issue with the push-to-start feature and the keyless entry. While they weren't able to diagnosis the problem, they did check the wiring and connection and reassured us that everything was as it should be. The staff and technicians at Jim Butler are always so pleasant and respectful of your time. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More
