We have been experiencing extremely high volume at the dealership lately and sometimes that does make wait times a bit longer than anticipated. Thank you for your feedback, April. We do apologize that your service appointment didn't go as smoothly as we strive for every customer experience to be. I'm not sure who told you that appointments don't take priority over walk ins, but that is absolutely not true. In fact, we only accept walk in appointments on Saturdays (and we rarely do) if they drop their vehicle off or are willing to wait 5-6 hours for routine maintenance. With regard to your service writer shaking his head, I can assure you (as a woman myself who often works directly with Doug) that his reaction was in no way specifically because you are a woman. His reaction was purely because we recommend getting oil changes every 5,000 miles. It had been 12,000 miles since your last oil change. Him shaking his head was probably out of concern for your vehicle running properly and out of concern for you safety, and not from a place of judgement. This is also why he recommended additional services (EPR Service, Induction Service, Cabin Filter and Air Filter). Routine maintenance on vehicles is essential to them running properly, and our first concern is our customers' safety in our vehicles. We hope you will reconsider your experience in this light and come back to work with us in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad that our service personnel was very friendly and communicated our recommendations and when your vehicle was ready, as well as confirming when you would need your vehicle back. It sounds like we may have dropped the ball a little bit on setting time expectations, though. The oil change and tire rotation takes 90 minutes. The safety and emissions test also takes a bit of time. Plus the time you spent talking to Doug at check in. All of this together, would put your expected time of completion at about 2 hours. While we do understand that long wait times can be frustrating, it sounds like we did hit the 2 hour mark. We will make sure to chat with your service advisors about communicating expected wait times more thoroughly. We also understand that it can seem like our services may be a bit expensive in comparison to quick service shops, however we are very competitively priced with other dealerships. Our services are also done by union, GM certified technicians, using high quality supplies and parts, and thoroughly ensuring that your vehicle is in it's safest condition (all things not true at quick service shops). We hope this peace of mind has added value to our customers. With these factors in mind, we do hope that you will continue to come see us for your service needs. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and your business and we hope to really wow you going forward.
