We do understand your frustration with the delay to start work on your touch screen replacement, due to high volume of customers and the manufacturer not sending us the correct part that we ordered for you. Your service advisor should have communicated expected wait times during the check in process, and when you made the appointment (as well as in the confirmation emails) it should have been explained that the appointment being set is to meet with the service advisor, rather than initiate immediate work on the vehicle. We are sorry if this was not communicated to you. We hope this clears up any confusion regarding wait times and that you will give us the opportunity to improve on future visits.

There are so many wires and components to the electrical system in a car that it can be difficult to pinpoint. Thank you for your feedback, Robert. We're glad to hear that you had a good experience with Kayla and the ladies that do our loaner vehicles! We understand your frustration that the wrong part was originally put on your vehicle. Unfortunately, with that specific flap, there are two versions for the same year, size, make and model- just without a clip that makes the flap lay flush, which lead to confusion. We are glad that we have already been able to fix this situation and install the correct piece. We do hope you will give us another chance in the future.
