Every time I go back to the dearlership for my service appointments I am greeted by smiling faces and a welcoming environment. I feel like everyone that works there truly loves their job and providing great customer service. Recently my 2018 Cruze had a factory recall and from the time I was notified of the needed corrective action, to the time the service was performed, was less than a month!
