Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Nicole. We're a bit confused by your review, though. We looked at your repairs and noticed that we replaced the coil pack and all four spark plugs and performed an induction service on your vehicle to correct the cause of your engine cutting out and the multiple lights that were on with your vehicle. The diagnostic charge is either determined by the time it takes to diagnose the problem. As your vehicle had many lights on and things that needed to be addressed, the diagnostic took longer. Additionally, that diagnostic charge didn't cost you anything because the cost of the diagnostic is put towards the repairs that you got done.
