Last 2 times i took my car in for an oil change I also needed the electric outlet in my car fixed and my rear defrost. the 1st time they told me it would take a while to diagnose to see if it was covered needed the electric outlet in my car fixed and my rear defrost. the 1st time they told me it would take a while to diagnose to see if it was covered under warranty but they were too busy with other cars and to make a new appt. Went back in for another appt and was told i have a nail in my tire they plugged and did oil change BUT i would have to make ANOTHER APPT for my defrost to be fixed. 3rd appt dropped car off on a Monday after having the tire they fixed go flat again, and got a rental. today im told to bring the rental back because the parts are not delivered until next week for my defrost. Now i have to make ANOTHER APPT for the same thing. If this appt gets it fixed, I will have made 6 trips back and forth for one thing to be fixed. As a consumer, this is becoming a hassle. Very Poor. I had a scheduled routine oil change and tire rotation and was told 90 mins for the service and was told that they would find me when it was completed. I waited over 3 hours before I had to go up rotation and was told 90 mins for the service and was told that they would find me when it was completed. I waited over 3 hours before I had to go up myself and check on my vehicle. It appeared to have been done for quite a while since the invoice was already flied away and my car was hot and blocked in by other completed cars. The advisor had walked by me multiples times while I sat and waited and never told me it was completed. The only reason I came to the dealer to get serviced was because I was given coupons for free service when I bought my car. They gave me 2 years worth of free oil change/tire rotation service because I had to wait so long for my car to be ready from getting detailed. I will no longer be using the service department and will most likely choose a different dealer for my next car purchase. More

Mike was great to talk to! He genuinely felt bad about what happened to my new car. Unfortunately for me Mike was going on vacation and Kayla was on for my service. Had a 9:15 appt for first oil change, tire rotation and to check my trailer electrical hookup on my 2020, Silverado 1500, Was told at check in that I would need to reschedule my electrical check up as tha to check my trailer electrical hookup on my 2020, Silverado 1500, Was told at check in that I would need to reschedule my electrical check up as that took a journeyman service tech to perform, I asked if they could at least check to see if the hookup was working or not as I was having trouble with my trailer lights. They said no I would need to reschedule so I told them to proceed with the oil change and tire rotation and I agreed to wait. Around 11;00 I had not heard anything from anyone yet so I went to investigate. A different service person, supervisor I think, said she would check on my vehicle. When she comes back i am told the vehicle has an open recall with the brakes and they were taking care of that. She told me it should be done in an hour. No one had come out to tell me there was a recall and to ask if I had time to sit there while it was fixed, Mind you I was told they could not check my trailer lights and I would need to reschedule for that,. So I sat down again in the waiting room again. Around 12:30 still no word about my vehicle so I get up to check again. The same supervisor goes back to check again and tells me it was not the brakes that was the recall, the transmission control module needed to be reprogrammed. She said it was taking longer than expected but was almost done. I asked again if they could at least check to see if the trailer electrical hookup was working and she said they would. Finally around 2;30, the oil change and I assume tire rotation was finished and I assume the transmission control module was reprogrammed and I was informed my trailer hookup was not working properly and I would need to reschedule to have it repaired. They did give me another free oil change but my major complaint was no one came out to tell me there was a recall( I did not get any notification by mail) and ask me if I had time to have it fixed today, and then if it was being kept to fix the recall for all that time why they did not fix my trailer lights!!!!!! I wasted a whole day sitting in the lobby waiting for what was supposed to be a quick oil change when I could have made arrangements to drop the vehicle off for the day while everything was done at the same time. Now I still need to get the electrical hookup fixed More
