The problem that I did have was just trying to get into the shop to get it worked on. My check engine light came on Thursday, October8, and when I called she said they were very busy and wouldn't be able the shop to get it worked on. Since the weekend was coming up and I needed a car, I told her to make me an appointment. The earliest was Friday, October 9, at 2:oo P.M. That is when I talked to Kim Hausmann. She said it would be Tuesday that they could get it in. She insert a coded detector, and it was a sensor, dealing with the oil. She said she would call me when I could bring it in. She called me Tuesday, and she told me to bring it in Wednesday, at 7:30 A.M. Then Dough Kircher came and talked to me explaining me what was wrong with the car, and the reason why it took so long to get it into the shop. He wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. More
Kayla was our service advisor. I had to reach out to her a few times to find out the status of our vehicle. Kayla was not proactive and it was frustrating. She called and left a Vm to say the truck was fini a few times to find out the status of our vehicle. Kayla was not proactive and it was frustrating. She called and left a Vm to say the truck was finished. She did not say what was wrong or if they fixed the truck. When we picked up the truck we leaned the mechanic couldn’t find the issue. This was not relayed to us by Kayla. Very frustrating. We’ve decided to have another dealership/ service dept look at the issue. Also wanted to mention your check in process and pick up process is very confusing. Customers do not know what to do when they arrive and pick up. You basically have to flag someone down to figure out what to do More
