Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your visit did not live up to your expectations. We also apologize that your appointment time wasn't properly explained to you. Your appointment time is to meet with your advisor to discuss a plan for your vehicle while it's in our care, triage if you will. From there your vehicle waits for the next available service technician. We understand that that this seems frustrating but we have found this to be the best model for the high demand of our service department. We are diligently working to improve on customer wait times. We are doing things such as hiring additional service techs, building additional service bays, and revamping our scheduling procedures. We truly hope that our efforts are evident in future visits.
