We are glad that we got your air conditioning fixed. We also apologize about your wait times. We are diligently working to improve on customer wait times. Thank you. No one said when you have an appointment on Wednesday that no one may look at your car until the next Monday. That seems a bit ridiculous. No need to call regarding selling my car as that ship has sailed.
