They were very nice. But the first time I took my car in for an air-conditioner problem that is covered by our warranty. They did not fix it. I had to take another time. Now it is cold. We won't use our air for an air-conditioner problem that is covered by our warranty. They did not fix it. I had to take another time. Now it is cold. We won't use our air conditioner for several months. By the time we use the ac again, our car won't be covered by the warranty. I hope it will work in the spring. Also we had to leave our car at the dealership for 2 weeks before the service department had an opportunity to look at our car the first time we took the car in. More

I accidentally scraped my tired on a curb, causing a huge gash. I feel very lucky that Andrew in parts was able to find the new tire same day, and the brand I preferred. Made appointment for the 8th on the 7th. Car wasn't looked at until the 10th. I was called everyday explaining ,y car hadn't been looked at yet & no rental vehicles were available.
