Thank you for your feed back. We apologize that your visit did not live up to your expectations. I would like to assure you that your service advisor did take heed to your request, unfortunately, there are still protocols that must be followed in our service department. Your appointment time is not to have your vehicle serviced. It is to set up a game plan for your vehicle while it is in our care, this should have been explained to you while setting up the appointment. From there you vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. Our journeymen techs are currently 3 days out from the time of drop off. We can assure you that dealerships everywhere are facing the same issues due to high demand for repairs with very little employees. In the future I suggest that you get on the rental wait list that way you don't have to go without a vehicle.
