Once again, for the 3rd time my vehicle was in the shop for the same problems. I guess the dealership really wants feedback because this is about the 5th request I have received for a review.. it was a hor for the same problems. Each time I brought my vehicle in, the service providers were rude and not helpful. I did not feel like anyone was truly understanding the concerns I had about WHY my vehicle wasn’t fixed and had to keep returning for the same problem. I escalated the situation to the service manager who was 10% helpful in the matter. He had my vehicle rechecked after a quote was given to me for my vehicles, at the time current issue, only to find out that there was another problem.. mind you this was about 3-4 days apart and in that time they told me different things. My warranty had expired and what should have been addressed when I was still in a power train warranty, was not and it rolled into becoming a problem when I was in extended warranty and then a month later no warranty and issues happen that would cost a couple thousand to fix.. on a 2019 vehicle. I drive my vehicle a lot for work so my mileage was higher than the average driver, but I kept up on maintenance. If it was in fact nothing in the service, then I guess I was sold a junk car that would only last 73,000 miles. I’ve since gotten rid of that car and have moved on to a new dealership. More
Once my car was finally seen the service was fine. However, it took one week after the appointment time for my vehicle to get checked out. Awful. Would not recommend to anyone. Had my car for a month. 2000$ fix they said and of course the only thing that was not covered in the 3000$ warranty was what they said was broken. Imagine that .ingest my car back for two days it’s leaking al over and I have to bring it in again and wouldn’t ya know it’s now a 6000$ fix and is also NOT covered in my warranty. They are crooks and have terrible service. SonNOT go here. They will take you for everything they can. More
Ticket was never made for my car. I had to contact them about it and they had not looked into anything despite my car being there with an appointment. The lady I talked to to set up the appointment was ple about it and they had not looked into anything despite my car being there with an appointment. The lady I talked to to set up the appointment was pleasant but everyone else I talked to was not. I am simply trying to get a special coverage replaced and it's like pulling teeth. Hopefully the mistakes are being rectified now. More
My visit to the Butler Dealership was excellent. Didn’t have to wait to check in. E very one in the department was most helpful and friendly. The wait was too long, and the wait area wasn’t too crowded. have to wait to check in. E very one in the department was most helpful and friendly.
