Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. We also apologize that your appointment time wasn't properly explained to you. This time is set aside for you to speak with your advisor to create a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care, triage if you will. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. Our journeyman techs are currently 4-6 days out from check in. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times. We are doing things such as hiring additional service techs, building additional service bays and revamping out scheduling procedures. We truly hope that our efforts are evident in future visits.

I was told 24-72 hours before my car would be seen. But come on....one week?? Why do you make appointments if they are that far out? Seems like it would make more sense to not schedule appointments until your techs could actually see the car.

Awful. Would not recommend to anyone. Had my car for a month. 2000$ fix they said and of course the only thing that was not covered in the 3000$ warranty was what they said was broken. Imagine that .inges More

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that that you feel this way. During my investigation I found that during your first visit we found that your check engine light was on because your vacuum at the booster was seized causing your cam to break. During your first visit we replaced the vacuum and the cam. Your visit because of the oil spillages was due to the oil actually flowing in the way that it should and leaking from the cylinder head. Your vacuum was seized due to sludge from lack of maintenance. I found that your purchased your vehicle Certified Pre-Owned: this comes with two free oil changes. We weren't able to confirm any of them used. We recommend that you change the oil every 3-5 thousand miles. Our service director is willing to work with you on the cost of this repair. You don’t know how my vehicle was maintenanced. Like I told you on the phone when we spoke, just because my oil was not changed there does not mean it was not changed. I had my vehicle maintenanced when it was supposed to be everytime. the reason I didn’t have it done there is because it takes forever to get an apt. and I don’t like leaving my car. It is an NCONVIENACE, and I have two young kids who will not do well waiting. So you should look into other causes because you are wrong. The vehicle was maintenanced when it was supposed to be. You guys are something else. When I dropped my car off to you on December 1st, it was NOT leaking. When I received my car thirty days later it WAS leaking and you want to place the blame on me. This would be another reason I will never send anyone to you and after the four cars we have bought there we will never purchase another vehicle from you. I’m a single mother who barely gets by and you guys use every opportunity to screw me and then have the audacity to blame me and accuse me of not taking care of my vehicle. You guys screwed up and I know it and you know it. Pushing the blame off in me is how you are covering your xxx. This is xxxxxxxx and after paying 2000, now you expect me to pay another 6000$ because your technician screwed up. That’s stupid, I’m not even going to get into the fact that I was also sold a 3000$ warranty that covers NOTHING. However it is very convenient that every time something is wrong with the car it is not covered under the warranty. Shame on you, all of you. Everything you have done just continues to show that you are snakes and I would not recommend anyone buy anything from your dealership. Terrible in every department.
