When I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and an alignment at 10:00, I was told 2 to 2 1/2 hrs for the wait and it took 5 hours and I had to go out to the service dept. to check on the time b and an alignment at 10:00, I was told 2 to 2 1/2 hrs for the wait and it took 5 hours and I had to go out to the service dept. to check on the time but the gentleman who was helping me gave me a 50% discount on the alignment. Service assistant Kayla Merrick was awesome, and repair completed properly, however, discovered my vehicle was through this repair was damaged when I purchased this vehicle. And although the repair was cov completed properly, however, discovered my vehicle was through this repair was damaged when I purchased this vehicle. And although the repair was covered under the warranty I still had to pay. Not very pleased with outcome. More
