It’s very close to my house so it’s very convenient for me and they do a great job but they need to be a little bit better on estimating your wait time when you’re there they told me an hour and a half and me and they do a great job but they need to be a little bit better on estimating your wait time when you’re there they told me an hour and a half and it was three hours. The Service was perfect -- Kim has always seen that everything goes smoothly - I'm 79 and handicap so it means a lot to have someone go out of their way to see that you are taken of. everything goes smoothly - I'm 79 and handicap so it means a lot to have someone go out of their way to see that you are taken of. As long as I get Mike Johnson or Kayla as my service advisor, there is never any issue!! I now request one of them every time!! They do not push "extra" service, they explain what is suggested, and then let the customer make the decision!! Also, my coupon was applied with no issue!! More

Service tech Kim was great, she's really the only reason I continue to have my car serviced at Butler. I waited over 3 hours for an oil and I even had an appointment. People without appointments were take I continue to have my car serviced at Butler. I waited over 3 hours for an oil and I even had an appointment. People without appointments were taken before I was, why even make an appointment. You need to get a better handle on the wait time no matter wha'ts going on with the weather, it's simply uncalled for. More
Great experience, we’ve purchased several vehicles from Tony Palmer and he takes great care of us. Tony Palmer and he takes great care of us. More
Communication with the person waiting for the vehicle could be better. They kept texting me (the owner who was at work) instead of talking with my husband who was there waiting for the vehicle. could be better. Not satisfied. Purchased 2018 Chevy Cruze in September 2018 with 4,226 miles on it as a NEW Vehicle. Car is 3 1/2 years old and has 21,000 miles on it. Have been Purchased 2018 Chevy Cruze in September 2018 with 4,226 miles on it as a NEW Vehicle. Car is 3 1/2 years old and has 21,000 miles on it. Have been out there 4 times in the past 3 1/2 years for "Check Engine Light" coming on (Has P015B) code which is dirty oxygen sensor. It is the same problem every time. Car cannot make it to 5,000 miles without light popping up. Warranty on car expired in September 2021. I now have "Major Guard" through Ally to cover expenses through September 2025.which will cost me $100 every time I come out there to have this changed until that date PLUS a rental car. They had my car from January 31, 2022 through February 10th, 2022 because THEY got behind because of the snow which was no fault of theirs and I somewhat understand. However, they said Ally would only pay for the rental for 6 days and wanted to charge me another $200 for the rental plus the $100 I owed for Ally. After some discussion they said they would pay the rental fees because they got behind because of the weather. I have read about this code on the internet and it is not the only 2018 Chevy Cruze that has this problem. It supposedly needs a software update that Chevy has not made and probably will not since they no longer make the vehicle. I have been given different reasons why the code keeps coming on. They are as follows: 1) I don't drive the car enough miles everyday for it to heat up causing the oxygen sensor to become dirty. (the contract did not say it had to be driven so many miles per day) 2) Dirty Gas (I only put Top Tier Gas in Vehicle) 3) Has bad Throttle Body which they changed. 4) I should try Putting Premium Gas in it every now and then because it runs cleaner. (I used Premium Gas every time I filled up for the past year). It still came on. I bought the car in good faith and paid all payments on time. I feel GMAC or Jim Butler should give me extended Warranty for as long as I own the car to cover every time I have to bring it there for the same problem that THEY CANNOT FIX. I should not have to pay for anything. It is Chevrolet's product that was sold by Jim Butler and one of them should give me free service on this part for as long as I own the car. A response would be appreciated Sincerely, Maureen Watson 5150 Dresden Avenue St. Louis, Mo. 63116 More
