I’m a little upset that I had to pay another $200 deductible. I know it turned out to be a new issue but this new issue was not there and was caused by what the mechanic had just worked on. My vehicle was sent to a nearby trailer hitch company to have a hitch installed. It came back nothing like I expected. It looked as though an elementary school student did the work. Jim Butler agreed to order a hitch and other parts needed to redo the job correctly. Their accessories department removed the hitch that the hitch company installed and redid the job correctly. A bit of a hassle, but in the end the job was done the right way. More
