This is the third time I have filled out the survey. Obviously I’m doing something wrong. The experience of my last visit when I purchased four new tires for $1000 was not pleasant. When I picked up my car they hadn’t cleaned any of the grease and oil off of the tires after they put them on and it took me a couple hours the next day to get it off, and my wheels were scratched. I guess it was my bad for not looking at the wheels more closely when I picked it up but it was late and kind of dark so I didn’t pay any attention. Anyhow, I’m 75 years old and cleaning up something at the car wash the next day after I buy new tires was not on my list of things to do. More

They did the job well but the people skills are not all there. Like when you take your car to the family mechanic he will be nothing but honest with you. But other than that, the car had done what was suppost to get done and nothing else. No little extra effort. And that is what's needed people that will go the extra mile for the same pay. More

I feel I was scammed for a large rental invoice as my car was not even looked at for 7 days. I understand waiting but this is extreme.
