Had my truck sitting in the lot for 8 days before even touching it. Diagnosed as a “software update” that was causing my transmission to act up, but when asked if I could do the update myself, the answer touching it. My lug nuts and right front passenger wheel were scratched and grooved. Had to find issue on my own no one mentioned to me and there is no way the personnel who preformed my vehicle service. Worst place I've dealt with. They refuse to call me back after they replaced 2 tires, one due to a nail and they charged me for when when I have coverage for that. The claim company even told me to do business elsewhere since Jim Butler doesn't know how to do their job. Paid my 100 deductible to have the power steering fixed just to pay it again a few months later since they didn't fix it properly the first time. Fought with them for over a year about having free oil changes with my warranty and they kept telling me I didn't and handed me coupons. Called the warranty people on this too and they confirmed that I get free oil changes and Jum Butler had yet to put in a claim for it. They are a bunch of crooks and I will never go back now that I know my coverage is good anywhere. More
