The online website said oil changes take 75 minutes or less, however it took them 2 hours and 15 minutes. When I asked what the issue was, since the website said 75 minutes or less, they just blew me off. More

We are confused as to which website you are referring to as our website doesn't mention a wait time on the menu or while scheduling. We normally quote 90 minutes to 2 hours for oil changes. We are glad that we were able to get you completed close to that. In the future, if 2 hours is too long you can utilize our shuttle or drop off option. We hope that this information has been helpful and hope to see you for your next service.

During my investigation I spoke with the service manager that took the ride with you. He expressed that this is normal for those vehicles. He informed me that this was explained to you. Lemon law only applies if there is a malfunction in the vehicle. Per GM there isn't anything wrong with the vehicle. If you would like to further discuss your concerns with GM, their customer care number is 800-222-1020.

Yes, the service manager said that the loud road noise was normal. I don't accept everything that is told to me. I find it improbable that all 2023 Malibus have this noise problem. Noise in the drive train can indicate that there is a problem that will lead to future problems. What is your explanation for the noise? Maybe you should take a ride in it before you cast judgement on someone elses opinion. Let me know when you want to schedule a drive and I will gladly be there. You will see how loud the noise is, even with the radio on high.

The advisor needs to let the customer know that upfront. He didn't even tell me that when he called to tell me when the truck was ready.
