I love you get the option to wait on you vehicle or they offer one of their shuttles to drive you where you need to go and will also pick you up! (something that I like personally!) All service people at their computers that get you checked in and get what you need are always nice! This staff is very informative about questions that you have or even a concern about something if you have it! I highly recommend everyone to take their vehicles to Jim Butler's service department! Overall repair good, however office processes challenging I have taken several of my cars to this dealership. The people are knowledgeable, friendly, and the site is clean. The issue is the process. You explain the service need online, to the person where you drop the car off and yet again to an advisor who you may need to wait 15-30 min on. The end to end process may fit the dealership needs but if time and efficiency are needs as a customer, which typically they are, then I cannot recommend this service location. It is overdue for process improvement with the needs of the customer being the focus. More

not happy I had a recall notice. I made an appointment for repair. The repair took several hours. Got my vehicle and one of the technicians did not tighten some I had a recall notice. I made an appointment for repair. The repair took several hours. Got my vehicle and one of the technicians did not tighten something to do with the repair and we had to go back and get it looked at. We were told they had to order the part and to this day we have not gotten a call about the part or repairing what they damaged. More
