Not a warm fuzzy feeling My service advisor Kayla and the other loaner car girls were outstanding. On the other hand the Tech installed the wrong part and that was obvious . oil change with coupon I brought my vehicle in for oil change. Had a 39.99 coupon and was told I still had to pay 49.99. I was asked if I wanted my e-mail listed. Told the advisor I get many e-mails from Jim Butler they should have it. Said GM has that sometimes not dealership. I gave it to her. Was not advised I could get service message. I saw them after I got home. Knowing it now I’ll watch for it. Could possibly address while I’m there. More
