Sir, I attempted to reach out to you privately to address this situation and try to fix it. We have offered to fill up your washer fluid for you the next time you need it. The free WiFi is for 3 months OR 3GB of data. You probably reached your 3GB and that was why the service was ended. We did not block your data, it simply ran out. Additionally, we understand our customers' time is very valuable and we do apologize for the oil change & tire rotation taking 2 hours. We usually take on 80-90 service appointment per day, but with walk-in's and emergency services, we are regularly seeing 110-120 customers in service. At times, this does make our waits a bit long. We hope this clarification helps put you at ease.

Thank you for your feedback. We have attempted to reach out to you to do everything we can to rectify this situation, even with it being after the fact. We certainly want to help our customers to the best of our ability and make sure we're returning your vehicle to you in its safest condition possible. I wanted to look into this situation to see what happened. I spoke with my Service Manager, who informed me that the quote that we gave you was a transmission that also had a warranty with it, which may have increased the price on it but put you in a safer position in the long run. This was also in response to having a tear down of the transmission declined so that we could get a precise diagnosis of the problem. If this is incorrect, please let me know. I can see how it may take several labor hours to tear down a transmission to diagnose it, before even repairing, which could show us that we need to just replace the transmission anyway. That may have been what SHOULD have been communicated. That being said, we do thank you very much for your feedback and we hope we will have the opportunity to give you a better experience in the future.

Theresa, thank you for your feedback. 2.5 hours is about the right time for getting a key fob programmed if it is new, as the programming itself takes the computer about an hour and a half.
