Didn't do what they told me they would. Im supposed to have one more free service for buying at J im butler's. I think they want me to come there for my service work but with this kind of service not sure I'll even use the free visit. Really not happy with your company! More

Why Schedule An Appointment I scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. to have my car diagnosed for a transmission noise. It was not serviced on Tuesday. It was not s I scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. to have my car diagnosed for a transmission noise. It was not serviced on Tuesday. It was not serviced on Wednesday. Finally, Thursday at 2:00 p.m. I received a call to tell me how much it would cost (nearlyi $4,700) to replace my transmission (a 2013 Impala with 78k miles). When I asked what exactly was wrong with the transmission, I was told that "to tear into it would really raise the cost." So, I said you really don't know what is wrong with the transmission and you want to install a whole new transmission.. I told them I will be there later today to take my car back - for which I paid $99 plus tax. I took my car to Aamco Transmission in Ballwin and received a precise diagnosis as to what was wrong and an offer to fix it for $2,300. To be fair, I will not get my car back for two more days, so I cannot comment on Aamco's fix. But, it is clear to me: Why should Butler tie-up technicians tearing-into my transmission for $2,300 when they can realtively quickly install a new one for $4,700; ( get it, but I won't be back. This is the second Impala I bought from Jim Butler, including a 2008 when they were just starting-out. More

I went in there and walked out with my car thre I just want to say that my experience at Jim Butler in Fenton was nothing short of fantastic and easy. I went in there and walked out with my car three hours later . Everyone from my salesmen ( Tyler F) to my financial advisor ( Patrick P) treated me with respect and worked hard to get what I wanted. I would recommend Jim Butler to anyone. Ive gone in since to get a oil change and was again met with smiling faces and all questions answered. More
