Service The customer service in the service department is awful. They wanted my vehicle 2 days just to diagnose a light in. Lack of accountability for schedule time When an appointment is set the service isn't begin on time the Service manage stated this is acceptable because they provide a waiting area with a TV When an appointment is set the service isn't begin on time the Service manage stated this is acceptable because they provide a waiting area with a TV and free WiFi . Basically my time is not valued. Given the service department disregard for those that set appointments this should not be an option. My husband trust and works with Casey to purchase his trucks but I take care of the maintenance and if this is the best maintenance service available I've told him to purchase elsewhere. This is the 3rd time I've waited 3 plus hours from appointment time for a simple oil change and rotationof tires (yesterday Firestone completed this task on our other vehicle in 45 minutes). More
