Thank you for your feedback. We do certainly understand that wait times can be frustrating and that our customers' time is very valuable. We do highly recommend scheduling an appointment to come in. Due to our extremely high volume (much higher than any other dealer in the area), there are times when the waits get a bit longer. We do take Check Engine Lights (CEL) very seriously, as they are often a sign of bigger problems that put our customers at risk. For these reasons, we do a very thorough inspection and diagnostic of CELs. I hope that this clears up some of your frustrations and questions regarding your recent service visit. Thank you for your feedback. We do understand your frustration with wait times. When you schedule the appointment, it should have been communicated that the appointment is to meet with the service advisor, rather than immediate start of work on your vehicle. That is also reiterated in your reminder emails and when meeting with the service adivsor. Depending on the work being done, the wait can be longer. We do very much value our customers' time and are constantly working to shorten those wait periods. In addition to the waiting area, we do offer shuttle services and rental vehicles if our customers would prefer. While it is true that we are not a quick lube shop environment, we also have GM certified technicians that are working on the vehicles, were other shops like the one your mentioned would not have certified techs. We hope you will reconsider not coming to us for service.
