Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were less than completely satisfied with your purchasing experience. There are certain things that we may be able to get taken care of for you without an additional cost, depending on your vehicle (such as the owner's manual). As with the purchasing of any good, there are taxes with purchasing a vehicle. Depending on the state that the customer lives in, there are laws regarding whether or not it is required for taxes to be rolled in to the purchase amount. For example, in Illinois taxes are required to be rolled in. In Missouri, they are not. While some customers are able to still get their taxes rolled in where it is not required, it does greatly depend on the amount of money the lender is willing to give the customer. If there is enough room to roll in the taxes, that is not a problem. If there isn't, we aren't able to roll them in. The amount of taxes depends on the county in which the customer lives (usually between 7-10%). We hope this clears up some of your confusion. We do always recommend that if you have questions or concerns, you communicate them with your salesperson or finance manager, so there aren't any surprises about what is or is not included with your purchase. It is true that we do have some equipment that is more GM specific, but we are able to assist with general repairs of other brands/makes.
