Thank you for your feedback, Michael. We're sorry to hear that you didn't have a good service experience with us. We understand your frustration with having to wait to get your vehicle back. We looked into your situation further and you are correct that we were not able to work on your vehicle until the 5th. We had to wait for parts to fix some of the other issues that you had reported with your vehicle, and we needed a Journeymen to complete the work. As a result of being a union shop, Journeymen are not here on the weekends, so looking at your vehicle on the 3rd or 4th was not possible. We're glad we were able to address the other issues (fixed the engine hesitation, replaced the vent valve, and replaced your door speakers) before you needed your vehicle back, but we do understand your frustration that we were not able to get to the tires in time. It sounds like Brian from Dalo (separate company from us) was not fully informed of the situation and was just trying to give as much information to you as possible. Regardless, we apologize for that confusion. With regards to your tire pressure not having been set, we did not address them further so we would make sure your warranty on the tires would be in-tact at Dalo. We sincerely were trying to have your best interest in mind in that situation. We hope this explains some of the confusion and hiccups along the way. During the whole time the only person who gave any information or even cared was Brian from Dalo. The journeyman could have looked at the truck on the day of my appointment said they they have order parts. I could have picked up the truck and brought it back. This would just be good business. Instead I have to keep calling. Your response to my review just sounds like you are trying to make people feel you have empathy. I am still not happy and will let everyone know the company will treat you good when your buying the vehicle after the papers are signed you are just another number and the service goes down hill.

There are many changes that should happen to make all the customers experiences better. First is communication. There should be no reason why I should be no reason anyone should be calling to get an update on there vehicle. Second let the customers know exactly what is expected with the service requested. This all goes back to the communication. I was told I am going to have to take my truck up to Dalo and get the tires done and also pick up a socket to remove the wheels encase I have a flat. I bought the truck from you, this shouldn't be something I should have to go get. I asked last time and they said I have everything to take the wheels off except the allen wrench. They did give me an allen wrench. This is not a easy task for me to do. I couldn't have left it there due to already having plans. I fear if I bring it back to you then it will take a week just to get the tire done. Can someone also make a not to my account stating that the wheels, tires and lift were on the truck when it was purchased. There is always an issue with them the last 2 times I have been there. I'm not trying to get anything out of this. Just better service.

Thank you for your feedback, Brian. We're very sorry to hear that we didn't live up to your expectations for your oil change and tire rotation, and that it caused you to have to change your plans. Unfortunately, the day that you came in we had 53/82 appointments that were for oil changes. While this is extremely abnormal, it did cause us to be much farther behind on our oil changes than we would have liked. Going forward, in an attempt to avoid this problem from happening again, please let us know if you need your vehicle back by a certain time when dropping off so we can do everything in our power to make sure we don't interfere with your plans. We want you to have great experiences with us going forward and we hope that helps!
