Horrible service I dropped my truck off to get warranty repairs done on Tues. Oct. 30 for my Wed. 8:25 am appointment. I had to call everyday to get a update on the truck. The truck was finally brought in to get looked at on Mon. Nov. 5, Kim told me what parts were needed to be replaced. Kim also told me she was going to ask around to make sure my wheels and tires were bought with the truck and would give me a call back. I had to call back Tues. to see what the status was on the truck since I have not received any phone calls about the truck. Kim said the tires were bad or had a slipped belt. Kim informed me that the tires had to be ordered then the truck had to sent to Dalo to get the tires installed. Since the start of the whole ordeal I informed Kim I need the truck back before the 10th. Brian called me from Dalo and told me I was lucky cause the tires aren't going to pro-rated so I wouldn't have to pay anything. I bought the truck as it sits, why would I have to pay for a faulty tire or tires? I could not wait any longer for the truck to get done, so I have to take more time out to take it and get the tire installed. I already had to be out of the truck for over a week. I got the truck back and none of the tire pressure were set. I have been a mechanic for or 17 years and no one there can explain how the tires were balanced if the air pressure is not correct. The service is horrible. If I had a car at my shop for over a week and never called the customer I would be out of business very quickly. The second part is there is nice scratch on my front bumper. Kim said the tech said it was already there when it came into the shop. Well that was 6 days later. The cars are crammed in the parking lot. When I picked up the truck a guy from inside moved the car that was park in front of the truck. The guy could barely get into the car to move it. The door was touching the front bumper of my truck as he tried. I would never recommend anyone to get the vehicle serviced here. This is part of the reason we bought our other car at a different dealer. More
Rocker arm came loose and fixed right away. Service was done within twenty four hours of getting my vehicle to the service center. I was very satisfied with the service. Repair oil leak I had my car in for and oil change on November 2nd. The following week I noticed oil on my brand new driveway. I called and told them I was bringing i I had my car in for and oil change on November 2nd. The following week I noticed oil on my brand new driveway. I called and told them I was bringing it back out. The took it in and 2 hours later they said it was finished that the oil plug was stripped. There was no charge for the service, but now I am stuck with a foot wide oil mark on a driveway that was newly poured this past June. Frustrated. More

They kept saying “I almost bought this car” as if that was all the definitive proof we needed to prove it was a good vehicle. A little insulting if you ask me. And when running my credit, of course they picked the bureau which had the lowest of my 3 scores so they could charge higher interest. But at the end of the day they put us in a vehicle we are happy with. More

My appointment was at 9am but I had to take my wife to work so I ended up dropping my vehicle off at 730. Around 4 I ended up calling to see if my vehicle was done yet so I could pick it up and I was told that it was being worked on and I would receive a call when it was done. I ended up calling back around 6 to see what was going on and I was told my car is now done. This might not seem like a big deal to you guys but I had a date night with my wife that we had to cancel because I had no idea when I was going to get my car back And I needed it the next day for work. I’m not sure what the purpose of me making an appointment was if I was just going to be pushed aside for the bigger ticket items. needless to say I was not very happy. More
