He'll call me and give me heads up on what's going on with my truck. I can call for an oil change/tire rotation appt. and get it done the next day. If I don't have a ride to drop it off, they provide their shuttle to take me home and pick me up when it's done!! I've bought 2 trucks from them... the first truck I was having the oil changed/tires rotated and decided to wait in the waiting room. Alex Cox walked by and asked how long I've been waiting, it really wasn't long at all. He thought it was too long and hooked me up with some FREE oil changes & tire rotations!!! Awesome customer service!! I'm ordering a new truck in 2 years, I'll be back!!! More

Service bottleneck I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and touch screen replacement early on a Monday. They finally got it in the shop late on Tuesd I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and touch screen replacement early on a Monday. They finally got it in the shop late on Tuesday afternoon. Started working on the touchscreen problem on Wednesday and determined that they needed to order a new one. Friday, they called and told me that the wrong part was sent and the correct one was on back order. The parking lot was so full of cars waiting for service that it was difficult to maneuver. I was not happy with the amount of time that it took without fixing my vehicle. I spoke with the Service Manager and communicated my displeasure. More

So we were saddend when we purchased our newer Kia Sorento last week and things weren't as advertised by the sales person. we reached out to Mike Brewer and he has been working tirelessly to get us our second key and working to get our tow package functional. He also worked with Doug Darr who has been a great help with working things out. We felt our salesperson dropped us after the sale and we are so happy that we had Mike to go to. He made himself available to us from the start and we want to thank him! We also enjoyed dealing with Dalton Kiley in the service department. More
