Thank you for your feedback, Ms. Wood. The recall that you had done is for a fuel leak that is out for all 2017 Cruze LSs. When this recall is performed, the clips holding up one of the hoses that needs to be moved to address the leak does not work after moving the hose. The clips malfunction is not our fault, but is an issue that needs to be addressed. This recall does take some time and is a careful procedure due to the potentially dangerous nature if there is a problem. We have tried to contact you multiple times to let you know that the clip that was needed to complete the recall you had serviced was ready. We are here to help you when you are ready. That part will be returned back to the manufacturer soon if you do not claim it. Please call Theresa in our Customer Relations Department at 636-717-3017 or our service department at 636-349-3222, option 1, to set up a time to come in.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We do sincerely appreciate your repeat business and we are very glad that you have had (mostly) good experiences with our team and service department. We are constantly working to improve our customers' experience, from start to finish. While we do understand your frustration with having to repeat yourself and with potential wait times for our service advisors, we have arrived at this process out of necessity. When scheduling and dropping off, we usually hear a general briefing about the reason for visit (ie, oil change, running rough, or squeaky brakes) which allows us to direct the vehicle to the appropriate area. When scheduling the appointment, customers are quite literally setting a time to meet with the service advisor to discuss the problem that is being experienced in detail. Without this information in a step-by-step manner, there are often break downs in the process that leads to miscommunications and longer than expected wait times. That being said, we absolutely agree that our customers' time is valuable and we want to do everything in our power to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us. We will take your suggestions into consideration and look for ways to work on our process that will add to the customers' experience, while ensuring safety and proper attention to all vehicle problems.
