Expensive visit for an oil change and tire rotation First off service advisor I had was rude. No shuttle service available. Overpriced for oil change $68 for a car oil change. I was told by cashier reason price was so high is because they use synthetic oil. That’s crap because I can get my cars oil change cheaper at another dealership. Also, they don’t send out any coupons. I was informed they are all online but probably none for oil change. Will not be back to this dealership ever again. More

Battery Replacement When I made the appointment, I was not told it would be a 90 test. Good thing I brought something to do while I waited. After the initial run of the test, they had to run it again. I hadn't any idea how long I was going to be there. Then, out of the blue they come to tell me I was done. They didn't tell me if my battery had been replaced or not. I had to ask. I am grateful for the service they do but it is always a long wait when I take my vehicle to them. I would always recommend taking my Chevy to them but would also recommend leaving it with them for the day. More
Questionable Service I asked them to look at my brake fluid. Was told that the tech reported that "brake caliper bleeder pulled threads from the caliper" when they were ch I asked them to look at my brake fluid. Was told that the tech reported that "brake caliper bleeder pulled threads from the caliper" when they were checking. As a result, I had to get a new caliper installed. The Associate apologized (like it was the techs mistake) but then proceeded to bill me $137 for the parts (a new caliper & valve kit) - and then hit me with a labor charge. Not sure I'll be taking my car back here for service - every time I take my vehicle here, they always seem to fabricate a problem/mistake and then hit me with a big bill. Isn't right. More
Bought with confidence I was interested in buy a new car for the first time. When I contacted Brett about buying one he was quick to respond. We set up an appointment that w I was interested in buy a new car for the first time. When I contacted Brett about buying one he was quick to respond. We set up an appointment that work best for me. The first appointment fell thru because of snow and ice. He contacted me and even offered to pick me up. I kindly refused as it wasn't an emergency, but did reschedule. The day I came in they had everything ready. The car was cleaned and warmed up for the test drive, along with being show every feature the car had. I was very happy with my purchase. Everyone that helped was extremely sweet and heart warming to talk to. It was like being welcomed to the family, I felt overwhelmed with how much help that Brett did to take his time in making sure I was comfortable with not only the car, but the deal I was getting. I even was offered a beverage and snack while we waited to hearing back from the financing company. It only felt like a few moment went buy and I got the 2019 cruze that I wanted. I would like to thank Brett Estes for such amazing work and always being there for any questions I may have in the future. Definitely will be back when I'm ready to make another purchase. At the time of sign in she told me a time frame she would call me each day my car was there to update me on my vehicle, even if she had nothing to report. I totally appreciated that; it was better for both of us. I didn't call her and ask her the status of my vehicle and I knew what to expect. I know we get side tracked in our jobs, but if everyone did this I feel our time would be better used. Kayla made sure I understood what was going on with my car and as a person who knows nothing about cars it helped me understand the process a little more. Again excellent customer service. More
