Were very thorough in assessing the issues with my Traverse. We appreciate how thorough the mechanic was when locating the issue. The following is just a suggestion....after spending over $2,000 on repairs that We appreciate how thorough the mechanic was when locating the issue. The following is just a suggestion....after spending over $2,000 on repairs that of course were not covered under the extended warranty it would be such a great customer service edge to have had my car washed and vacuumed. My son-in-law works in another market and whenever customers have work done before a customer picks up the vehicle they detail it...it is something that keeps customers coming back opposed to going to a repair shop even after warranty has expired.
