Last 2 times i took my car in for an oil change I also needed the electric outlet in my car fixed and my rear defrost. the 1st time they told me it would take a while to diagnose to see if it was covered needed the electric outlet in my car fixed and my rear defrost. the 1st time they told me it would take a while to diagnose to see if it was covered under warranty but they were too busy with other cars and to make a new appt. Went back in for another appt and was told i have a nail in my tire they plugged and did oil change BUT i would have to make ANOTHER APPT for my defrost to be fixed. 3rd appt dropped car off on a Monday after having the tire they fixed go flat again, and got a rental. today im told to bring the rental back because the parts are not delivered until next week for my defrost. Now i have to make ANOTHER APPT for the same thing. If this appt gets it fixed, I will have made 6 trips back and forth for one thing to be fixed. As a consumer, this is becoming a hassle. The whole experience was great except for actual delivery of vehicle. Once the papers were signed, they were ready to send you on your way. I thought someone would give us a tour of the inside and explain th of vehicle. Once the papers were signed, they were ready to send you on your way. I bought a new vehicle in 2018 at another dealership and they have a tech guy get in the vehicle with you and go over all controls and help you setup all the passwords and services. More

Very Poor. I had a scheduled routine oil change and tire rotation and was told 90 mins for the service and was told that they would find me when it was completed. I waited over 3 hours before I had to go up rotation and was told 90 mins for the service and was told that they would find me when it was completed. I waited over 3 hours before I had to go up myself and check on my vehicle. It appeared to have been done for quite a while since the invoice was already flied away and my car was hot and blocked in by other completed cars. The advisor had walked by me multiples times while I sat and waited and never told me it was completed. The only reason I came to the dealer to get serviced was because I was given coupons for free service when I bought my car. They gave me 2 years worth of free oil change/tire rotation service because I had to wait so long for my car to be ready from getting detailed. I will no longer be using the service department and will most likely choose a different dealer for my next car purchase. More

There were several hiccups along the way that at the end of the process were stated to not be normal. I ordered my vehicle in transit. Communication throughout the process could have been better in my opini of the process were stated to not be normal. I ordered my vehicle in transit. Communication throughout the process could have been better in my opinion. Transport vehicle broke down delaying arrival which was not communicated. When vehicle arrived assist steps where to be instslled as they were paid for when vehicle was ordered but they were never ordered causing another delay which was not communicated until the following monday. The day I went to pickup my vehicle I recieved a call stating that the vehicle was in fact at the dealership, when I arrived my truck was still at the bedliner shop meaning they brought the wrong vehicle up, when my vehicle arrived I was fortunate that my salesman looked it over as it was pretty dirty on the exterior and gas tank was not full. I was compensated for these but will have to go out of my way to get vehicle cleaned and be in the area for my spare refill of fuel. My salesman took initiative to find out what happened and gave me a transparent explanation the day I picked up the vehicle. All that to say, the left and right hands of the dealership need to be on the same page and communicate clearer. Salesman top notch 5☆ only reason review isnt lower. Rest of the areas need work. More
