I would like to start off with, the truck is nice and I like it a lot. But there was some issues. The front ground effect was falling off when I got home from the dealership. I’m still vacuuming pet hair out of the back seats. Wiping dust off of seatbelts and inside of the glove compartments. The 3rd brake light on the truck isn’t working and on the driver side roof there is a piece of molding that comes unhinged at highway speeds. For paying 2500 for a certification, I don’t feel it was very certified and then buying a 3500 dollar extended warranty. I could of did without the certification and kept my 2500 bucks. I came to Jim Butler to get the best experience and came out feeling used. Thanks More

I did ride along with service writer, who heard noise, but mechanic couldn't reproduce, problem. so NOTHING was done. They didn't even check tire pressure, one of the things on there list; to check batter but mechanic couldn't reproduce, problem. so NOTHING was done. They didn't even check tire pressure, one of the things on there list; to check battery, top fluids etc. Which I'm sure were not checked either. Vibration is still there,!! Could it be the "chevy shake"? I was told at prior visit by service writer ( who had no clue, he assumed) that tire balance was checked. It was not. I was told I would be charged for.that??!! That time they had truck for 4 days before it was looked at. What a disappointment Jim Butler service department is. The girl who set up appointment said they would check my crankshaft?? Really for tire vibration...now that's scary. glad she isn't a doctor. Spoke with service manager, but he did not follow up after second visit. thus problem still exist. shame on you all. More
