I went in for front and rear brakes. Service writer Brad was very thorough and polite. He called with updates and prices. He helped get a better price on parts. The mechanic found my rotors were warped and was very thorough and polite. He called with updates and prices. He helped get a better price on parts. The mechanic found my rotors were warped and a leaking seal which could have caused problems later. Even though I ended having more work done and a higher bill then planned I was completely satisfied knowing my truck safe and in good mechanical condition.
