They will not honor their work. I brought my vehicle in for a simple transmission service and my transmission is so screwed up it is not safe to drive and they will not return your calls to fix the problem for a simple transmission service and my transmission is so screwed up it is not safe to drive and they will not return your calls to fix the problem. So now I have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Very sad and I will never recommend them to anyone. It is sad there are others I know that have had the same problem with the service department. Poor way to run a business by not honoring their work performed. It is strange from talking with other shops that when they service the transmission they need to clear its memories or the transmission will fail. Quite a way to make money off people who just come in with a perfectly operating vehicle and now charge a customer thousands to do so called repairs. Quite a scam going on but only they can do it. I have read many other reviews with the same results as mine. I can only hope farms is in the future. And I had to argue about transportation while they were supposedly checking my truck. More
