I purchased my Ram 2500 truck from Jim Browne in 2019. I got the extended warranty and the Jim Browne Power Train Warranty by doing all the service on my truck through Jim Browne service department. This year (2023) I noticed an oil leak from the front of the truck engine. I took my truck to Jim Browne for my routine service and the oil leak. My service department advisor Gene had the oil leak checked and came back and told me that the mechanic did not think I should drive the truck until it was fixed. Gene immediately informed me that the Power Train warranty would cover the oil leak repair and the car rental. The following week the truck repairs were completed, and I got my truck back. Gene did a great job and Jim Browne Ram stepped up to the plate and covered the Power Train repair without hesitation. I am a believer in Jim Browne lifetime Power Train warranty. Gene did an awesome job in explaining the repair process and taking care of its customers. Great Service More

Made the mistake of purchasing my vehicle elsewhere that has a very poorly run service department. Took a chance with Jim Browne in Dade City and was pleasantly surprised. Very knowledgeable, efficient st has a very poorly run service department. Took a chance with Jim Browne in Dade City and was pleasantly surprised. We purchased our 2016 Chrysler Town and Country at Jim Browne Chrysler in October of 2015 primarily because of the offer of a lifetime power train warranty. We had all of service with the exception of a Browne Chrysler in October of 2015 primarily because of the offer of a lifetime power train warranty. We had all of service with the exception of a couple of oil changes at Jim Browne Chrysler. Recently we noticed a shutter in the power train and called the service department and scheduled a service appointment. When we arrived, we were told there would be a $199.95 evaluation fee. Less than 2 hours after leaving our T&C for evaluation the service advisor called me to tell us we need a new transmission. No worries we have the power train warranty. The service advisor informed me that after every service visit, I should have been calling the power train insurance policy issuer and reporting the service that was performed. This is the first time since we purchased this van in October of 2015 that this requirement has been mentioned. We were not told about this when we purchased the vans nor at any of the many service appointments that we have been back to Jim Browne in the last 6 years. I can't believe this was a requirement to keep our van's extended warranty enforce and no one at Jim Browne ever mentioned this to us. Jim Browne will not do anything to help us further with this problem. Jim Browne wants us to pay $7,000.00 for a new transmission. This Dealership is not honest nor ethical. I won't be doing any further business with them again. You shouldn't trust them either. More
