Silverado 1500 I had been looking for a truck for several years and I am sure I have frustrated a few sales persons. I had decided on a Silverado but was not looking I had been looking for a truck for several years and I am sure I have frustrated a few sales persons. I had decided on a Silverado but was not looking forward to the buying hassle. It never happened. I met Pat McCarter and he couldn't have been more gracious. He sensed my angst and his low key approach allowed me to wonder the lot on my own checking the colors, models and enjoying not having someone look over my shoulder. He patiently answered all my questions and when the color and options I wanted were not on the lot, he assured me he could probably find what I wanted and get it for me. I said OK and set off for the UK on vacation. I received an email from Pat saying he found exactly what I wanted and it would be held on the lot "sold" until I returned. On the way home from the airport I stopped by to see the truck and the next day I drove it away. I am still smiling because the experience was stress fee and I believe I also met a new friend. Seeking a Suburban I came into the dealership hoping to like the 2015 suburban back in the Spring. I called the dealership to see if they had any available to test drive I came into the dealership hoping to like the 2015 suburban back in the Spring. I called the dealership to see if they had any available to test drive or at least look at to see if our family of six would fit, plus all of our stuff. Mr.Garry was the first one to greet me at the dealership, thus had to answer my millions of questions. We took it for a drive and I feel in love with the 2015 suburban. We didn't need the new one yet, but now we do, as our minivan died. So before coming back to the dealership, I researched and test drove various other vehicles. But, after going to the other dealership, no one has been more helpful than Mr. Garry. He offered multiple solutions, was very kind to our entire family, and really seemed to want to help us find what was best for our situation, not just make a quick sell. He did go above and beyond for the customer. And I was very impressed about how much he knew about the vehicle, being out for such a short time! The overall experience at Jerry's was a lot less stressful thanks to the helpfulness of Mr. Garry. More
