We took our 2020 Ford Explorer for an annual safety inspection. We were treated VERY kindly and it did not take a long time. *Beware of this dealership* My twenty-year-old daughter was referred to this dealership by her friend. This was her first car and she was so excited. They gave her an interest rate of 23% and financing for was referred to this dealership by her friend. This was her first car and she was so excited. They gave her an interest rate of 23% and financing for 6 years. When we found out my wife immediately told her to take it back the next day. When my wife and daughter went back they spoke to GM Bill Harned who completely lied to my wife and tried to take advantage of two women. I decide to go speak to Bill myself after speaking to a few friends in the same line of work. Some of them worked for Koons Ford in sterling. Bill tried to give me every reason under the sun why he couldn't cancel the contract which I dismantled with facts. After about 30 mins of going back and forth, he finally admit he could cancel her contract but my only option was to cosign with her to help bring her interest down. That is a stand-up GM right there. You take advantage of a 20-year-old college student trying to get their first car. Then Bill dares to tell me he could have charged an extra 2% on top of the 23% but decided not to. Wow, Bill so instead of 25% you gave her 23% you are a real Patriot. Avoid this place at all costs. Scheduling my service appointment was not exactly easy, had to wait 24 hours for a call back, and then got chastised for not following their process for Super Duty's, so now that I know, will not screw tha had to wait 24 hours for a call back, and then got chastised for not following their process for Super Duty's, so now that I know, will not screw that up again. Staff in the dealer was super friendly and helpful when I showed up for my appointment, they got my truck done ahead of what they promised...oil change/tire rotation was a little pricey, but I get that because of the high quantity of oil. Other than getting lectured initially and not being able to reach a human when I called, it was an overall decent experience, will take my truck back there because it is convenient to where I live. Recommend Jerry's improve their initial customer contact process to ensure that customers can reach them when they call and not have to wait until the next day to make an appointment. More
