Overall this dealership is excellent but I rated it a 3 because my sales rep Esteban really left me hanging. After the ink was on the paper he was done. He didn’t take the time to explain the vehicle’s fea because my sales rep Esteban really left me hanging. After the ink was on the paper he was done. He didn’t take the time to explain the vehicle’s features and the days following I had to track him down and haggle him to get the owners manual and 2nd key. Not impressed with sales. On the other hand the Service Department was top notch. This is one of the best I’ve co e across and at 60 I’ve visited many to include Mercedes and. Cadillac and they have nothing on this Service Department. More

I left my first review, thinking that they really took care of me to make a long story short. They told me one thing and did the total opposite on my trade and I had a third-party warranty that they appli care of me to make a long story short. They told me one thing and did the total opposite on my trade and I had a third-party warranty that they applied as a down payment, which I was totally unaware of and then they also told me that I was buying a warranty and that I had to buy it with a credit card, but they use that as a down payment. Also, I was unaware of this, I believe them when I was signing all the papers not only that I've tried to call them for three days with no response and then totally ignoring me and then after I got a hold of him, they pretty much told me that this is the way it's gonna be. There's nothing we can do about it. Good luck as big as this company is I never thought that they would treat a customer this way. I will go out of my way to make sure people do not go to this dealership. More
