At the beginning of the process, there was a slight mix-up that required me to return to the dealership to re-sign papers. Initially, I was a bit disturbed, but then I met Noel. He took me under his wing and ensured that everything was in order. When my truck had a warning light that wouldn’t go off, Noel introduced me to the Jerry Ulm Service Department, with whom I am very familiar as this is probably the fifth or sixth vehicle I’ve purchased at this dealership. One of the main reasons I always return is because of Nick. My first purchase was with him when he was a salesman, and it’s clear that his leadership skills were recognized, as he is now the used car manager at Port Ritchie Ford. Please don’t stop there; this guy will take the company far into the future. Noel kept me informed about the status of my truck every day, sometimes three or four times a day. When I recently picked up the truck after having the service module repaired, side steps, and a tonneau cover installed, I was blown away. Noel recommended gloss side steps to better fit the diamond black pearl stripe on the bottom of the truck, making it even more beautiful. I hope this review reaches the highest level of leadership for these individuals. A raise or bonus is certainly in order. These two gentlemen treat the Morgan Auto Group as their own family and provide customers with VIP care. The service department was disappointing as our new car was sent for detailing twice and still wasn't very clean, inside or out, so the sale rep had to finish detailing the car. The dealership has a large inventory and large number of staff to work with. However, the cars are kept off site so you have to drive to a field (which was a muddy mess the day we went) down the street to check out a couple of cars that meet your search criteria, instead of being able to wander around a lot looking at numerous options. I wish that a little more explanation was given about all the final vehicle pricing/fees that were paid, as well as more written information about the warranties & service agreements. More
