We are satisfied with both, I just wish the service advisors would have some longevity. It seems that whenever I go there its someone new I have to deal with. We have the car that needed, good car, the right payments and the color was perfect. We did encounter a situation where the name was mixed up on a service item, the paint. In order to maintain the warranty we have to have it brought in and washed and treated. Someone got our names mixed up with another customer. Service was great but I disappointed to find out that I bought a warrany that ran consecutively with the factory warranty. Excellent service! No pushy sales people attacking you while you wait. Always explain issues-but never pressure to do a service that's not scheduled.
