The service department at Jerry Seiner is very unprofessional and rude. I called regarding a used vehicle I had purchased from them and an extended warranty that the insurance said they need to ho unprofessional and rude. I called regarding a used vehicle I had purchased from them and an extended warranty that the insurance said they need to honor. The service technician flat out told us, “It’s not our problem, I don’t need to help you. Call Honda for help.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and asked for his name. He refused to give his name and refused to give the phone to a manager. I called back and spoke to a sales manager to find out the guys name was Tony. I will never buy any cars from there ever again or contact them for any services. Horrible service worker that was unbelievably rude and lazy. He did not want to call the insurance to find out if we can bring the car there, he said, “It’s not his job.” They sell the warranty but do not want to do the claims. Beware if you plan on going there. If you read reviews most of them are negative towards the service department. More

My husband has personally approached Larry regarding this problem who assured us it would be ready for pick up on Veteran's Day, but as I figured, no call or readiness. We feel we have been disrespected and ignored due to not being offered a rental at their cost considering the circumstance. By experience, I've been offered in the past a rental at no cost if the dealership is going to keep our vehicle for a long period of time. We have spent up to $700 in Uber costs to get to/from work, outside activity functions and school activities. Larry represented that he cannot issue any credits to us or our part/labor fees considering what we've been through and frankly is still without our truck. More

I had a great experience working with the team at Jerry Seiner - especially with salesmen Rudy and Robert. They did an excellent job listening to what I needed, never applied too much pressure to buy, and Seiner - especially with salesmen Rudy and Robert. Our family (three big kids plus three small dogs) was headed from San Diego, CA to Draper, UT, and started having vehicle problems in Las Vegas. The vehicle was going to cost too much to repair and would not be able to be repaired for several days. We were on a schedule, had already been delayed a day, and needed a vehicle ASAP. I called Jerry Seiner Buick because we had previously been interested in an Acadia or Enclave. I had no idea I was going to be connected with the most amazing sales person. He was incredibly kind, listening to what was happening to us and offering to help. He found me a selection of vehicles to choose from, traveled 12 miles to pick up four of us, and took us back to the dealership. In a few hours, we were headed out of town in a new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and accommodating. Our experience from beginning to end was fantastic, particularly given It was a whirlwind and we had not planned to purchase a new vehicle on our way up north! We ended up getting a 2023 Buick Enclave, which seemed perfectly suited to our needs. We want to thank our salesman, Humberto Jacquez, without whom we would have been lost! He even led us out of town so we could get on the expressway and on our way as quickly as possible! More
