I should’ve trusted my gut. The last time I went to this dealership, the experience was bad enough that I promised myself I wouldn’t come back. I dropped my truck off Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday morning appointment. All day Wednesday, I kept checking the dealer’s service tracker. The only thing marked complete was the check‑in. I tried to be patient. Maybe they were just behind. Maybe the tracker lagged. So, I didn’t call. By late Thursday morning, the tracker still hadn’t changed. Not a single update. I finally called the service department, only to be told the service writer wasn’t available. Hours passed before I got a call back and that’s when things went from frustrating to unbelievable. They couldn’t find my truck. Not “it’s delayed,” not “we’re working on it,” but they physically lost it. A few minutes later, I got another call saying they’d found it and were “starting on it now,” as if that made everything fine. Friday afternoon, I showed up to pick it up. I waited more than twenty minutes for the service writer who was supposedly handling my truck. He never came back. Someone else eventually stepped in to help. And to top it all off, I walked out having paid $1,000 to replace a thermostat that costs about $200. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More
Yet again, the customer service and professionalism for the service staff at Jerry Seiner has impressed my wife and I. We always feel welcomed and appreciated here. I decided after a year and half it was time to buy again, and yet again, Adam one of the used car managers gave me a killer deal for my trade. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. They have a new GM that is amazing and approachable. Most GM are xxxxxx and this guy is a class act and it shows in the employees faces! They are happy to be at work. More
